Transitions

Transitions is a life-skills and wellbeing resource directed toward older adolescents and young adults in their first year(s) of post-secondary education. This resource is designed for self-directed reading and focuses on novel aspects of young adulthood such as mental health, relationships, time management, and academics. Transitions was developed, and is maintained by a collaborative team of mental health experts, clinicians, and scientists from Alberta Health Services, and the departments of Psychiatry at Dalhousie University and the University of Alberta.
