Canada's Hub for Youth Mental Health Literacy Programs

First of it’s Kind - Scientifically Evaluated - Nationwide

The National Youth Mental Health Literacy Hub was established to make mental health literacy programs and resources more accessible to everyone, including the public and mental health professionals. The goal is to help people understand which programs and materials are effective, evidence-based, and suitable for their intended audience.

Our hub collects, evaluates, and shares evidence-based resources and interventions that support mental health literacy among children and youth. We use rigorous scientific methods to assess each resource, considering factors such as quality of evidence, effectiveness, potential bias, and readiness for implementation within specific groups.

Our aim is to provide individuals and organizations with information to choose mental health education programs that best meet their needs. We update MHLHub.ca regularly and welcome suggestions from researchers, professionals, and the public for resources that meet our criteria for inclusion.
